Shipping Policy

Available delivery destinations, charges and any product-specific preparation information are shown by the relevant storefront or checkout. This policy deliberately does not promise a universal dispatch or delivery time.
Delivery information
Enter a complete recipient name, phone number and delivery address. Delivery charges are calculated by the active checkout using the destination and current offer rules, and are shown before an order is submitted.
Order progress
Use the Track Order page with the order number and the phone number or email used at checkout. Where courier and tracking information has been recorded, it is displayed there. Courier scan timing and delivery progress are controlled by the carrier.
Preparation and campaign orders
Some products or campaign orders may have preparation, reservation or availability conditions shown on their product or campaign page. Review that information before ordering. A campaign order may show courier details without a full scan timeline until shipment events are available.
Delivery issues
If tracking is unavailable, the parcel appears delayed, or the delivery details are incorrect, contact support with your order number. Support will review the recorded order and courier information; no fixed resolution time is promised here.
