These terms describe the basic conditions for using the Mardina Safiyya storefront, waitlist and order-tracking services. The product, price, availability, delivery charge and payment option presented at checkout form part of the order information you review before submitting.
Orders
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order submission may remain pending until the selected payment flow is completed or, for an offered cash-on-delivery option, until the order proceeds through fulfilment. Order status can be checked using the order number and the corresponding phone number or email.
Prices and availability
Prices, discounts, delivery charges, campaign availability and payment methods are those displayed in the applicable storefront or checkout at the time. Adding an item to a cart or joining a waitlist does not by itself reserve stock, guarantee campaign access or create a purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with checkout or tracking, or submit information you are not authorised to use.
Changes and corrections
If order details need correction, contact support promptly. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on the actual order and fulfilment state; this page does not promise that every request can be completed.
